FeruOTS.eu - Terms and Conditions

§1 General Provisions

1. Every user is obliged to read and follow these rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from liability.

2. By creating an account, logging in, or joining the FeruOTS Discord server, the user confirms that they accept all terms and conditions.

3. The administration reserves the right to modify the rules at any time. Updates take effect from the moment they are published on feruots.eu.

4. The administration reserves the right to block or delete any account temporarily or permanently, without providing a reason.

5. Users are fully responsible for all content they share. The administration has the right to moderate or remove any such content.

6. Game accounts are the property of the FeruOTS administration. Players only have usage rights and cannot make claims to account ownership.

7. The administration may delete accounts that are inactive for over 30 days. Items and in-game currency will not be recoverable.

§2 Publishing Content

1. Prohibited Character Names
   Names must not:

   • Imitate other users or the administration.

   • Violate laws or third-party rights.

   • Contain offensive, vulgar, racist, homophobic, or inappropriate language.

   • Encourage breaking the rules or decency.

2. Forbidden Content & Behavior

   • Promoting piracy, illegal actions, pornography, hate speech.

   • Spamming, provoking fights, or inciting hostility.

   • Impersonating staff or misleading other players.

   • Publishing or sharing private data of others.

   • Spreading false information about the server or its team.

§3 In-Game Behavior

1. Botting and Automation

   • Use of automated software to play is strictly prohibited.

   • Exception: ML/Mana training in houses, depots, or trainer rooms.

   • Cavebot, magic shooter, follow KS bots, and similar tools are bannable.

   • All associated accounts will be banned in case of detection.

2. Bug Exploits

   • Any discovered bug must be reported immediately via Discord ticket.

   • Exploiting bugs or failing to report known bugs results in a permanent ban.

3. Gameplay Harassment

   • Blocking access to quests or expansions via non-PvP mechanics is prohibited.

   • Abuse of push mechanics or summons to grief others is forbidden.

4. Multiclienting

   • Using multiple clients is only allowed for training (ML/Mana).

   • Using MC for hunting, PVP, or resource monopolization is banned.

5. Server Disruption

   • Pinging staff excessively, exploiting lags, or attacking the infrastructure is bannable.

   • Any action intended to disrupt server stability will be punished.

6. Appeals Process

   • All reports, appeals, and administrative matters must be submitted via Discord ticket system.

§4 Game Access

1. Connection Issues

   • The administration is not responsible for client-side internet problems.

   • All efforts will be made to resolve server-side issues promptly.

2. Compensations

   • In rare cases of crashes, compensation may be offered at the administration’s discretion.

§5 Trade and Marketplace

1. Character Sales

• We strongly encourage all character sales to be conducted through the official Character Bazaar available on the website feruots.eu.

• The administration does not accept any responsibility for losses, fraud, or disputes arising from private trades or character transfers performed outside of the official platform.

5. Currency Exchange

• We strongly recommend purchasing Feru Coins and other in-game currency exclusively through the official website or authorized systems integrated in the game client.

• The administration takes no responsibility for Feru Coins or items purchased through third-party sites, unofficial resellers, or private trades between players.

§6 Discord Server

1. Discord Policy

   • All terms from this document apply to the Discord server as well.

   • Repeated violations of game rules may lead to a Discord ban, and vice versa.

§7 Ticket System & Bug Reporting

1. Support

   • The only valid support method is through Discord tickets.

   • Direct messages or side channels will be ignored.

2. Bug Hunt Rewards

   • Players who report real bugs via ticket may receive loyalty points.

   • Reward amount depends on the value and severity of the reported bug.

1. Purchases

   • Purchasing premium items or coins is voluntary.

   • After payment is processed, items/points are automatically delivered.

2. Refund Policy

   • Refunds possible only within 3 days if points were not used.

   • Refund request results in permanent ban of the account.

   • Refunds not possible in case of bans, inactivity, or account deletion.

3. Chargebacks

   • Chargeback attempts result in account ban and payment lock.

4. Responsibility

   • The administration is not responsible for user errors in payment or transfers.

   • All payments processed via HotPay and Stripe.

   • By purchasing, you accept the terms of FeruOTS, HotPay, and Stripe.
